Cody Matlock Band play Tunes by the Tracks - At just 23, Cody Matlock is already hailed as a widely-popular, seasoned veteran in Atlanta’s live music community having paid his dues gigging in the blues scene for nearly a decade. Increasingly a fixture at some of the Georgia’s most iconic blues halls, the soul singer-songwriter grew up on stage at Northside Tavern, Blind Willie's, Fat Matt's, Vinyl, Darwin's, and the the DeSoto Theater (Rome), lighting up performances with a range of songs from graveyard blues classics to 90s hits to soulful originals. No matter the genre, era, or style, Cody infuses every song with a measure of soul, calling on influences like James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Al Green, and Prince. Concerts are every Friday, rain or shine, and occur by the tracks in Stone Mountain Village. Admission is FREE! Bring your chairs. The spirit of the Gypsies is evident in their music as they take you on a musical road trip from Atlanta’s Southern Soul to the rockin’ Blues in Macon, from the classic sound of the Memphis Blues along the streets of New Orleans’ French Quarter and even up to Chicago and St. Louis for their rocking electric Blues.

The Mike Watson Band at Coosawattee River Resort, Ellijay – “Catch the Groove” with the Mike Watson Band. Although noted as a blues band, MWB have charted a new course in music they like to refer to as RCSB or Rhythm, Country, Southern Rock, and Blues. Mike’s soulful vocals and blazing guitar work, along with the incredible talents of rest of the band amazes crowds wherever they play.

The Tom Hill Band plays the Tucker American Legion Benefit at Will Henry's Tavern, Stone Mountain – The Tom Hill Band is a blues based rock and soul band that specializes in having some of the best jams in Atlanta. Hailing from the Tucker area and led by singer/songwriter Tom Hill, the band plays 4-5 nights a week all around Atlanta. They invite all music lovers to come hear them and musicians are always invited to come and play!

As the eldest grandson of the late and great Johnny Cash, Thomas Gabriel is no stranger to the music scene. Originally from California, Thomas moved to Tennessee when he was young. Most of Gabriel’s early life was spent with his grandparents - on the road, in hotels, buses, planes, etc. It was clear that Gabriel had a great voice early on. Thomas Gabriel brings a wealth of stories recalling the memories of his childhood and of growing up as a member of the iconic Cash family. Thomas is currently on a nationwide tour - “Paradigm of Time Tour” - promoting his latest CD titled, Long Way Home. The very last stop on his North American Tour.


Join us for 3 days of Jam-Packed workshops, live performances, openMic Jams, and Networking with some of the Best Instructors and the Finest Folks anywhere. Starting with an open jam on Wednesday night before the Thursday morning workshops begin. Then at 12:00 on Thursday Helen HarpFest will kick off for 3 days of Fun. Haufbrauhaus will be the host facility for our Fest, with the backdrop of an entire Alpine Village on the Chattahoochee River within a short walking distance from the venue.
